# Quên mật khẩu?

> Lưu ý: Hệ thống Heyetsy được thiết kế và không cho phép đội ngũ support quyền thay đổi bất kỳ thông tin như mật khẩu hoặc license code của khách hàng. Vì thế bạn không thể yêu cầu đổi mật khẩu hoặc xóa dùm license code

**Bạn hãy thực hiện các bước sau đây:**

**Bước 1:** Gửi yêu cầu Reset mật khẩu của bạn tại trang Login 

Hoặc **Click vào link này:** <https://heyetsy.com/forgot-password>

**Bước 2:** Nhập email muốn Reset và ấn Submit

**Bước 3:** Chờ vài phút sau đó, kiểm tra hộp Email của bạn (đảm bảm kiểm tra cả hộp Email Spam / Promotion box) để không xót Email.

**Bước 4:** Click vào đường link mà Heytesy / YTuong gửi cho bạn để reset mật khẩu.

Hoàn tất việc Reset mật khẩu
