# How do I cancel automatic monthly renewal?

Customers can cancel auto-renewal using the methods below:

#### Method 1: From the receipt in Email

Access your most recent receipt and click "Subscription settings" or "Manage membership".

Then click on "Cancel membership" on the screen

#### Method 2: From the Library on Gumroad

It's likely that when you first purchased this subscription product, you created a Gumroad account. The account you created will be under the email address where you are receiving Gumroad receipts.

When you make a purchase, you will receive an invoice email from Gumroad, which contains a link to your Library on Gumroad. Simply follow the steps below:

1. [Login](https://app.gumroad.com/login/) to your account
2. Go to [Gumroad Library](https://app.gumroad.com/library).
3. Click on the Membership you wish to cancel auto
4. Click "Manage membership" and then press the "Cancel membership" button.

You will receive an email confirming the successful cancellation of the renewal.
