Note: The Heyetsy system is designed in a way that does not grant the support team the authority to change any customer information such as passwords or license codes. Therefore, you cannot request password changes or have license codes deleted by the support team.
Please perform the following steps:
Step 1: Submit your password reset request on the Login page
Step 2: Enter the email you wish to reset and press Submit
Enter the Email You Want to Reset and Click the Email Password Reset Link
Step 3: Wait a few minutes and then, check your Email inbox (make sure to also check your Spam/Promotions folders) to ensure you don't miss any Emails.
Step 4: Click on the link sent by Heytesy / YTuong to reset your password.
